Fall Intern & Semester Housing
A semester-length program for fall interns, co-op students, and exchange residents. Quieter than summer, a little more settled, and priced for longer stays.
Fall is the season the Upper West Side is at its best — cooler evenings, college sports on the bar TVs, the Central Park treeline turning in October. Fall residents tend to be on structured semester programs: NYU and Columbia co-ops, fashion-week interns, fall-cycle banking and consulting programs, visiting graduate students.
We offer semester-aligned agreements running from early September through mid-December, with the option to extend into a full academic year. Shared and private rooms are both popular; the studio suites suit residents who plan to stay through the year.
