Spring Intern & Semester Housing
Spring residents join us for a semester that runs from the first week of January through mid-May. It is our second-largest cohort after summer.
Spring is an under-appreciated New York season. The crowds thin. The museums quiet. Restaurants are easier to book. For interns and students who prefer to avoid summer heat and summer prices, spring is frequently the smarter call.
Most spring residents are on semester-long academic programs, spring-cycle internships, or research fellowships. We align agreements to the academic calendar and will accommodate early-May move-outs for students heading to summer roles elsewhere.
